HOW TO ORDER/ORDER PROCESS

This policy governs all trading with Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\'er Kikish) – can be referred to as "We" - and the Buyer/Purchaser, can be referred to as "You".

 

SECTION 1 - WEBSITE OWNERSHIP, OPERATION AND ACCESS

1.1 Website Ownership & Operation

Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\'er Kikish) owns and operates the website www.neverkikish.com, which is hosted securely on the Wix platform – an online e-commerce platform host. Access to and use of the website is provided on an "as and when available" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding the accessibility, usability, or error-free performance of the website or any services offered through the website.

 

1.2 Access Interruption & Liability

Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\'er Kikish) cannot be held liable for any interruptions to the access or availability of the website that are beyond our control. In the event of any such interruption, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, but we are under no obligation to do so.

 

1.3 Force Majeure

Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) will not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions to the extent that such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

  • Act (s) or Accident (s) or Incident (s)

  • Acts of God, explosions, floods, storms, lightning, fires, or other natural disasters.

  • Global or national pandemics.

  • Acts of terrorism, war, or the threat of war, military operations, or sabotage.

  • Civil disturbances, riots, insurrection, or requisitioning by government or authorities.

  • Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) employees or third parties).

  • Power failures or breakdowns of equipment or network services.

 

1.4 In such events, Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) will be relieved from its obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

1.5 In circumstances where Force Majeure events occur, We will endeavour to mitigate impacts and resume operations as quickly as possible. However, customers should be aware that delays or disruptions may be unavoidable. Communication regarding such events will be provided whenever possible or feasible to do so.

 

SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS

2.1 By accessing our service or website, you affirm that you are of legal age, 18 years or older, or that you have obtained permission from a parent or guardian to use this site. You shall not utilise our products for any unlawful purposes or engage in any activities that violate applicable laws. Additionally, you must refrain from transmitting any worms, viruses, or harmful code. Any violation of these Terms will result in the immediate cessation of services.

 

2.2 Due to the varying price of Gold  - we reserve the right to alter, modify, suspend and/or terminate any offers by the business and on our website, including modifying any rates at any time for any reason without notice

 

2.3 We reserve the right to refuse service at any time. To process your order, we may share information with third-party partners, excluding payment details, which are always encrypted during transfer (See Section 31 - Privacy policy)

 

2.4 You agree not to reproduce, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without our written permission.

 

2.5 Headings in this policy document do not affect the Terms.

 

2.6 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Order acknowledgement emails are not acceptance of your order – Please refer to Section 5 – How to Order Process, to order correctly.

SECTION 3 - ORDERING AND SALES POLICY

3.1. Ne\’er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) offers a bespoke jewellery design service to clients seeking customised, handcrafted pieces. This policy governs the terms of all consultations and related communications between the client and Ne\’er Kikish Ltd.

 

3.2. Consultation Process

3.2.1. Clients engaging in a bespoke consultation will be asked a series of detailed questions to determine the desired style, materials, gemstones, design preferences, budget, timeline, and any personalisation requests.

3.2.2. Clients are encouraged to provide reference images, inspirational material, or examples of similar jewellery styles to assist in the design process.

3.3.3. The consultation may take place via phone, video call, email, or in-person where applicable, and any design decisions or preferences should be clearly communicated in writing.

 

3.3. Materials & Design Preferences

3.3.1. The client is responsible for confirming preferences related to metal type, gemstone selection (including cut, colour, and source), and any specific engravings or symbolic details.

3.3.2. While Ne\’er Kikish Ltd endeavours to accommodate client requests, we reserve the right to decline design elements that are not feasible, safe, or suitable for the proposed piece.

 

3.4. Size and Fit

3.4.1. Clients are responsible for providing accurate sizing information (e.g., ring size, necklace length, wrist measurement).

3.4.2. Ne\’er Kikish Ltd will not be liable for sizing inaccuracies unless the error is due to our own measurement process or advice. Resizing services may be offered at an additional cost, subject to material and design constraints.

 

3.5. Budget & Timeline

3.5.1. Clients will be asked to specify a preferred budget during the consultation. All proposed designs will be subject to budget feasibility.

3.5.2. An estimated timeline will be provided once design details and payment terms are confirmed. Ne\’er Kikish Ltd is not liable for delays due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to material availability, third-party suppliers, or force majeure events.

 

3.6. Design Approval

3.6.1. A final design will be presented to the client for written approval prior to production. Any changes after approval may incur additional charges or affect delivery timelines.

3.6.2. Upon written approval, the client is deemed to have accepted all aspects of the design, including material choice, gemstone selection, and personalisation.

 

3.7. Ownership of Designs

All bespoke designs, sketches, digital renderings, and creative concepts remain the intellectual property of Ne\’er Kikish Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing. Designs may not be reproduced or shared without express permission.

 

3.8. Limitation of Liability

3.8.1. Ne\’er Kikish Ltd will make every reasonable effort to meet client expectations but does not guarantee that the final product will be identical to any initial concepts or digital representations, given the handcrafted nature of the work.

3.8.2. We do not accept liability for any dissatisfaction arising from subjective design preferences once a piece has been completed and approved.

3.8.3. Ne\’er Kikish Ltd is not liable for issues arising from client-provided gemstones or inaccurate personal information.

 

3.9. Allergies & Sensitivities

It is the client’s responsibility to inform Ne\’er Kikish Ltd of any known allergies or sensitivities to specific metals or materials during the consultation. Ne\’er Kikish Ltd will not be liable for any allergic reactions that occur where this information was not disclosed in advance.

 

3.10. Care Instructions

Upon completion, clients will be provided with care guidance for their bespoke piece. Ne\’er Kikish Ltd is not liable for damage caused by improper care, cleaning, or handling post-delivery.

 

3.11. How To Order Process/Guide

3.11.1. The order process is subject to the entire store policy of Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\'er Kikish). ​By proceeding, you agree to the entire store policy of Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\'er Kikish).

 

​3.11.2. Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) offers personalised handmade/handcrafted bespoke Jewellery and Watches; therefore, every order requires a mandatory Jewellery consultation call before we accept or process any order.

 

3.11.3. Understand Our Offerings:

We specialize in only handcrafted gold jewellery and watches in 18K, 22K, or 24K Gold Standards. Feel free to browse our website to explore our offerings and identify your interests – we can also help you with this during the video consultation later

 

​3.11.4. Understand the Potential Order Timeline:

Most orders take 4-8 weeks; some may take up to 6-7 months. However, the timescale for your order will be discussed and confirmed as it varies for all order/item.

 

​3.11.5. Contact Us:

To make your order – firstly we require you to - Book a Jewellery Consultation call and receive your confirmed appointment date, time and meeting invite (charged at £250, non-refundable, credited to your final order, it will be deducted from the final cost of the order or forfeited as a consultation charge if no order). If this stage is missed – consider that there is no order with Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) and no order will be processed.

 

3.11.6. Jewellery Consultation:

We proceed to an initial consultation to discuss your order requirements. This step ensures that your ideas and vision are fully understood and carefully integrated into the bespoke piece. During this consultation, we will provide advice on materials, gemstones, and design compatibility, drawing from our expertise to craft a piece that mirrors the intended personality and purpose. During the video call/consultation:  Your preferences are discussed for the item(s) you have selected from our offerings, and we offer any necessary guidance and form a DDB - design details brief for your order design, which will be sent to you after the call including a Transcript of the call.

 

3.11.7 DDB  - design details brief:

This will be sent to you after the call. It outlines what is most important to you for your design established during your consultation call, outlining your vision for style, material, size, and other preferences. We reserve the right to ask additional questions as and when needed, as part of our service, but mainly we will ask:

 

General style and inspiration, personalisation

 

  • What piece (s) we curate interests you?(E.g., Ring, Necklace, Bangles, Bracelet, Earrings, Watches etc.)

 

  • Do you have a particular style/aesthetic in mind to create with your piece (s)? (E.g., vintage, modern, minimalistic, bold, or classic.)

 

  • Is there a specific theme or inspiration behind this piece? What is the purpose of the piece (s)? (E.g. A special occasion/event, daily wear or style statement piece(s), personal milestone, or family tradition?)

 

  • Who is the piece of jewellery being designed for? Is it for you, or being made for someone else as a gift?

 

  • How would you describe the person who will wear the new bespoke piece? (Think about their style and taste, favourite colours, lifestyle, career, hobbies and interests, activity level, etc.)

 

  • Can you provide five words that describe the intended wearer's personality? What type of jewellery does this person wear? Do you have any inspirational images or references you’d like to share? How they currently wear their jewellery? (This can help give you a visual direction for the design.)

 

  • Are there any specific design elements you would like incorporated? (E.g., engraving, unique stone, intricate settings, or shapes, colour preference – subject to store colour guide). Do they have a favourite gemstone? What's their birthday/birthstone? What colour of metal and/or what colour of enamel or stones?

 

  • What is the preferred metal? (E.g yellow gold, rose gold, white gold)  and what is the preferred Karat type? (E.g., 18k, 22k, or 24k). (This is to establish what the intended wearer prefers  and for us to explain what is feasible and not)

 

  • Are there any specific design elements you would like incorporated? (E.g., engraving - initials, a meaningful date, a special phrase, unique stone, intricate settings, or particular shapes - Do you have a preference for the stone’s cut or shape - (E.g., round, oval, princess, cushion, emerald cut, baguette, etc.)Are there any symbols, patterns, or textures you would like to include? (E.g., floral patterns, geometric shapes, or personal symbols.)

 

  • With a set of jewellery, do you want matching pieces or a variation of designs that complement each other?

 

Size & Fit

 

  • Do you know either your ring size, bracelet length, or necklace length? (If not, can offer guidance to obtain measurement). However, if needed, we also offer future adjustments or resizing options - for rings, bangles or bracelets that may need resizing later at a cost – Book via our website

 

Budget & Timelines

 

  • What is your budget? (This will help you manage expectations and suggest appropriate materials and designs.)

 

  • Do you have a specific date by which you need the piece completed? (E.g., for an engagement, wedding, or anniversary.) When is the item required? (This is to establish if we have enough time to produce or deliver)

 

  • For international orders only – Can you pay the customs duties/import duties payable on delivery, arranged through our courier?

 

  • Are you open to alternative suggestions that may be more cost-effective while still achieving the desired design?

 

Care and Maintenance

 

  • Do you have any preferences regarding the durability of the piece? (E.g., how hard-wearing the jewellery needs to be for daily wear.)

 

  • Would you like to receive care instructions or recommendations for maintaining the piece over time?

 

  • Does the wearer have any allergies or sensitivities to certain metals or materials? (Now is the time to declare it, as this will help us chose the right fit and make alternative suggestions)

 

Our representative carefully assesses your preferences and vision  - a design concept is tailored to your specifications, which as part of this process, can include sketches and mock-ups to help you visualise your bespoke piece. Once we have gathered all the necessary details about the design and preferences, agreed on design, payment method and tentative timescales (your final timescale will be sent to you in the order confirmation later.

 

​3.11.8. Receive our order invoice – Your order invoice number is needed to make payment:

Following the call, we will verify and confirm the cost to produce your confirmed order design, shipping costs and generate your Order invoice/Order invoice number with the order design details we have confirmed and will include the confirmed production timescales. On receipt of this invoice, you will proceed to make an Initial payment to enable us to proceed with your order, and via the payment method agreed during consultation, quoting your invoice number as the payment reference. The invoice number can always be found at the top right corner of the order invoice.

 

3.11.9. Initial Deposit/Order Confirmation

A non-refundable deposit of 70% of the estimated total cost is required to proceed with commissioning production of your order. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an order payment confirmation within 3-5 working days. This order confirmation signifies the acceptance of your order by Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\'er Kikish). Custom production of the jewellery and/or watch begins when the initial deposit payment is received.

 

3.11.10. Ongoing Communication:

Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) will keep you updated throughout the production process by Email, Calls and WhatsApp.

 

3.11.11. Product Ready Notifications

You will be notified by email, phone call, or WhatsApp when your order is ready for shipment.

 

3.11.12. Final Payment

13.11.12.1. The remaining 30% balance is to be paid immediately via the agreed payment method upon receiving our notification, this is to ensure timely shipping.

13.11.12.2. On receipt of the product ready notification, you will proceed to make a final payment to enable us to proceed with your shipment, and via the payment method agreed during initial consultation, quoting your invoice number as the payment reference.

13.11.12.3. The invoice number can always be found at the top right corner of the order invoice.

 

3.11.13. Shipping Confirmation

3.11.13.1.Once the final payment is received, a detailed shipping confirmation will be provided, including tracking information and estimated delivery timelines to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

 

3.11.14. International Shipments

3.11.14.1. Additionally, for orders requiring international shipping, it is essential to confirm local customs regulations and tariffs, as Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) does not assume responsibility for customs delays or additional import fees incurred.

 

3.11.15 No Returns/Refunds

3.11.15.1. Custom orders are final; no returns or refunds and the estimated timelines are agreed upon before production. 

3.11.15.2. All payments are non-refundable as our orders and services are customised/made to/personalised to order – we do not accept returns nor offer refunds on these custom orders, or any associated services booked.

3.11.15.3. Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) is not responsible or liable for unfulfilled orders or delayed shipments if payments are not made on time.

3.11.15.4. If the balance remains unpaid after an initial deposit, we may cancel the order, halt shipping, and all payments made, including the initial consultation fees and any initial deposit paid, will be forfeited by the buyer.

3.11.16. Aftersales Care

All other/further services we offer can be booked via our website: Book Services/Consultation.

 

3.11.17. Accuracy/Limitation of Liability

3.11.17.1. This is the Client's responsibility. Clients should review their order details and call transcript within 48 hours of the consultation call to request changes.

3.11.17.2. Once payment is made and receipts and order confirmation have been sent out, no further changes can be made.

3.11.17.3. This ensures accurate specifications before production begins, guaranteeing satisfaction and streamlining the process for both parties.

3.11.17.4. By proceeding with your order, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are designed to protect both the buyer and the integrity of our services.

3.11.18. Duplicate Invoice Requests

3.11.18.1. A digital invoice can be reissued upon request to your billing email address, should you require a duplicate invoice at any time, please contact us at: acquire@neverkikish.com.

SECTION 4 - HALLMARKS

4.1 Our hallmarking policy ensures that all jewellery sold by Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) meets the most stringent quality and authenticity standards for selling gold jewellery, which is a mandatory requirement in the UK.

 

4.2. Each piece is stamped with the official hallmarks indicating its metal purity and origin. These marks are applied in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, providing assurance to customers about the value and integrity of their purchase.

 

4.3. Items that fail to meet hallmarking standards will not be offered for sale. For any questions regarding hallmarking, contact acquire@neverkikish.com

 

4.4. Grading reports are provided with every piece, and the timescales are considered in the production lead times for all orders. The associated costs and fees are included in the pricing of the item.

 

SECTION 5 - ENGRAVING  

5.1. For any order with engraving, the pricing will be confirmed and billed separately.


5.2. Engraving - Scope of Service

5.2.1. This policy governs the terms under which Ne\’er Kikish (Never Kikish) or any of our Third-party service providers provide custom engraving services on jewellery or watch items, whether sold by us or supplied by the customer.

5.2.2. We reserve the right to decline engraving on any item that we determine to be unsuitable due to material, shape, size, damage, or any other reason.

5.2.3. We can only accept to engrave new orders, as we cannot determine the state and condition of jewellery not purchased from us – we cannot accept for engraving any jewellery not purchased from or supplied by Ne\’er Kikish (Never Kikish) as we cannot account for pre-existing defects or weaknesses in the jewellery, including but not limited to cracks, brittleness,

5.2.4. Also, we cannot accept for engraving any items sent to us for resizing, repairs or cleaning, or maintenance service items, such as loose settings- we cannot accept old jewellery for engraving services –

 

5.3 Engraving Content Requirements

5.3.1. By submitting a request for engraving, you confirm that:

5.3.2. The content is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringing on any intellectual property rights.

5.3.3. You have the full legal right and authority to request the engraving of any names, dates, logos, or phrases submitted.

We reserve the right to refuse engraving requests for any reason, including offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.

 

5.4. Engraving - Proofing and Errors

5.4.1. You are responsible for verifying the spelling, grammar, symbols, or design you provide before final confirmation.

5.4.2. Once engraving is completed, it cannot be altered, reversed, or refunded unless the error was due to our fault.

5.4.3. We will not be liable for errors arising from customer-provided specifications.

 

5.5. Engraving - Design Limitations

5.5.1 All engravings are subject to word count and technical limitations based on the item’s size, material, and engraving method.

5.5.2. A digital or written proof may be provided upon request; however, final engraving may differ slightly in size or positioning due to material constraints.

 

5.6. Engraving - Turnaround Time

5.6.1. Standard turnaround time will be communicated, but this may vary based on volume, item complexity, or other factors.

5.6.2. Expedited services may be available upon request, subject to additional charges, where possible this will be communicated.

 

5.7. Engraving - Pricing and Payment

5.7.1. Engraving charges are based on character count, complexity, and item material, and are disclosed before commencement.

5.7.2. Full payment must be made before engraving begins.

 

5.8. Engraving - Liability and Damages

5.8.1. We are only responsible for any damage caused during the engraving process due to gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5.8.2. Our liability, if any, is strictly limited to the cost of engraving services provided and does not cover the intrinsic or resale value of the item.

 

5.9. Engraving - Returns and Refunds

5.9.1. All sales of engraved items are final - items engraved are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable as they are made to order

5.9.2. Engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the engraving error is attributable solely to our actions.

5.9.3. If we accept return or repair due to such an error, our liability will be limited to repair and re-engraving, and not a replacement, and only if we supplied the item.

5.9.4We will first attempt to repair and re-engrave, and where not possible, we will offer a refund of the engraving fee, in this case. This is the only exception to a refund.

 

5.10. Governing Law

5.10.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.

5.11. Amendments

5.11.1. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version will always be available on our website at Store policy

SECTION 6 - PRODUCTION & SHIPPING LEAD TIMES

6.1 Overview

6.1.1. Our products are made to order, production time can take about 4–8 weeks or 3-4months or  6–7 months, dependent on the design, timescales will be communicated for all orders on your invoice sent, proceeding with payment means that you agree to the timescales specified. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6.1.2. For international shipments, we use UPS or FedEx priority express service, which takes approximately 3-5 days. For domestic UK shipments, we use DPD, FedEx, or UPS 1-2 Day Priority Express service.

6.1.3. While we cannot guarantee expedited orders, if you require an order expedited, please email to us inquire at: acquire@neverkikish.com

 

SECTION 7- SHIPPING

Ne\’er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) offers delivery to the following countries: United Kingdom, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia, under the following terms:

7.1. Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or hotels. Orders must be delivered to the billing address and it must be a verifiable residential or commercial address.

7.2. Delivery Partners and Charges

Shipping is handled via our trusted logistics partners: FedEx, UPS, and DPD. Delivery costs are calculated based on the total value of your order and are determined and sent with your primary invoice in line with Section 5(5).

7.3. Processing and Dispatch

When estimating delivery times, please allow for order processing, including payment authorisation, credit verification, and address confirmation. Once your order has been processed and is ready for dispatch, a formal Order Confirmation will be sent to you via email.

7.4. Shipping Security and Responsibility

7.4.1. All purchases are insured by Ne\’er Kikish Ltd while in transit, up until the moment of delivery. A signature and valid photo identification from the named recipient will be required upon delivery. This ensures that the parcel is received by the intended customer. Once a delivery is signed for, all responsibility for the item transfers to the recipient.

7.4.2. If you designate an alternative recipient (e.g. as a gift), you acknowledge and accept that a signature by the named recipient—or any individual at the delivery address—constitutes proof of delivery and fulfilment of the sales contract by Ne\’er Kikish Ltd. Ownership and responsibility for the goods transfer to the recipient at that point.

7.4.3. Ne\’er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) nor our shipping partners are not liable for lost shipments where tracking records confirm delivery has occurred.

7.5. Delivery Delays and Re-shipments

7.5.1. We are not responsible for delivery delays or lost shipments due to:

  • Recipient unavailability at the time of delivery,

  • Adverse weather conditions,

  • Carrier-related delays or technical issues.

7.5.2. If an order is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or incorrect shipping information, the customer will be liable for any duties and charges associated with the return, as well as the cost of re-shipping the item upon request. If the customer does not cover these costs, they will forfeit the order and all payments made for the order.

7.6. Billing and Shipping Address Requirements

For security reasons, the shipping address must match the billing address provided during checkout. Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

7.7. International Orders and Customs

7.7.1. International shipments are delivered where applicable; customs charges and import duties may be arranged to be prepaid as part of your shipping agreement. Please advise us of any such requirements during your initial consultation, to be included in the order confirmation invoice.

SECTION 8 - DELIVERY  

8.1. UK Deliveries

8.1.1. Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) provides complimentary delivery within the United Kingdom on all orders. All items are shipped via secure, tracked courier or recorded postal service.

8.1.2. For all UK orders, Value Added Tax (“VAT”) is included in the cost of the order.

8.2. Delivery Timeframe

8.2.1. Subject to our order ready notification (as described in Section 5 (5), we aim to dispatch orders within 3 to 5 working days after you have received our order ready notification.

8.2.2. Once dispatched, delivery is typically made within 3-5 working days during the working week (Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays).

8.3. Delivery Address Policy

8.3.1. As part of our stringent security measures, to further ensure security and traceability, all orders must be delivered to the billing address provided for the order.

8.3.2. We do not offer delivery to alternative addresses such as workplaces or third-party locations to prevent loss or fraud, and to ensure that packages are safely delivered.

 

8.4. International Shipping, Deliveries & Customs Charges/Duties & Import Fees

8.4.1 We are pleased to offer international shipping to selected countries (UK - Jersey, Isle of Man & Guernsey, Canada, New Zealand, Australia).

8.4.2. Please note the following important terms for international orders, prices listed on our website or invoice do not include customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

8.4.3. We will establish the cost to ship the item and include that in your invoice – but unless previously agreed and specifically stated, any shipping cost quoted on your invoice or order confirmation does not include do not include customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees, and any other fees levied by the destination country, are the sole responsibility of the buyer/purchaser.

8.4.4. If there is no pre-agreed payment arrangement for charges or duties, our international courier will contact the buyer directly upon shipment regarding any payments required for customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or any other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer/purchaser and must be paid in full before delivery can be completed. Failure to pay these charges will result in non-delivery, and the parcel will either be returned or held at customs.

 

8.5. No Refund - Unpaid Duties

8.5.1. If an order is returned or cancelled due to unpaid customs duties, import charges or other local fees, the buyer forfeits any right to the order and forfeits a refund, and Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) reserves the right to withhold delivery, retain all payments for the order and associated shipping costs.

 

8.6. Legal Responsibility of the Buyer

8.6.1. The buyer is considered the importer of record and is solely responsible for complying with the import laws and regulations of the destination country.

8.6.2. Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (Trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, or costs arising from customs clearance procedures or refusal to accept delivery.

8.6.3. All expenses related to deliveries, including return shipping, customs penalties, and re-importation costs, are the sole responsibility of the buyer/purchaser.

 

8.7. Shipping/Delivery Tracking details

8.7.1 To ensure transparency and efficiency, all customers are provided with tracking details upon dispatch. These tracking details allow buyers to monitor the progress of their deliveries in real-time. In case of any issues or delays, customers are encouraged to contact the courier service directly using the information provided in their dispatch email.

 

8.8 Signature Required

8.8.1. All deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. If no one is available at the delivery address, our courier will leave a notification card with instructions for redelivery.

8.9.1. Please note that Bank Holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are not treated as working days for the purposes of delivery timelines.

SECTION 13 - EXCHANGES, REFUNDS & RETURNS

At Ne\’er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish), each piece of jewellery is individually made to order according to bespoke customer specifications. As such, we do not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges under standard circumstances.

 

13.1. Final Sale – No refund on all purchases (Products and Services)

13.1.1. All purchases are final sale as they are made to order/custom order.

13.1.2. We are unable to accommodate cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and placed into production.

13.1.3. Final sale applies to all products and services due to the bespoke nature of our offering.

 

13.2. No refund  - for any associated shipping costs, sales tax, duties and local fees

13.2.1. VAT, shipping charges, handling fees, customs duties, and any associated import taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

13.3. The "ONLY" Returns Exception – Complimentary Repairs for Damaged or Faulty Items Delivered

13.3.1. While we do not offer refunds or general returns, we are committed to upholding the quality of your experience. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or faulty, we may offer a complimentary repair service as a one-time exception, subject to the conditions below.

 

13.4. Returns Procedure for Complimentary Repair Requests

13.4.1. Initiate a return by contacting us: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item by emailing us at acquire@neverkikish.com providing your:

  • Initial Order Full name

  • Initial Order Invoice number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage, showing original packaging , paperwork and tags.

 

13.4.2. Complimentary repair returns SOR: If your return request is approved, we will write to you a Service Order Confirmation (SOC) and issue a Service Order Reference (SOR) number and detailed return instructions, including the return address. Do not ship any item to us without written confirmation approving returns and a valid SOR number must be issued prior to sending your item.

 

13.4.3. Book our free 30-minute service consultation - via Repair, Resizing and Maintenance.  You will need your SOR number to book this; any bookings with a SOR number will be cancelled (Include your SOR in the notes for the order). This is a mandatory video call to discuss your return and set expectations.

13.4.4. Consultation: We proceed to an initial consultation to discuss your requirements. This step ensures that your ideas and vision are fully understood and offer guidance. During the video call/consultation:  Your preferences are established discussed, and we offer any necessary guidance and form an ACDB – After-sales care details brief for your order design, which will be sent over including the call transcript.

 

13.4.5. ACDB - After-sales details brief: This will be sent to you after the call. It outlines what is most important to you for your request, established during your consultation call, outlining your vision for style, material, size, and other preferences. We reserve the right to ask any questions, as and when needed, to inform our service.

 

13.4.6. Shipping and Insurance for Complimentary Repair returns: We will provide you with an insured and trackable shipping label.  These return shipments must be securely packaged and sent via the Courier details and to the address we have confirmed. Alternative shipping methods will not be accepted.

13.4.7. Inspection, Assessment, and Processing:  Upon receipt, the item will undergo a full quality control inspection, and the condition documented, and we will notify you before we implement any work agreed. If the condition of the item received is identified as not being as notified to us in the initial Service consultation, we reserve the right to cancel your order and return your order with service. Alternatively, we can agree to discuss carrying out your work, but as a chargeable repair cost, and if additional time is required, we will notify you before we commence any work.

 

13.4.8. Return of Rejected Returns: Items not meeting return criteria (e.g., signs of use/wear, not in original condition, or returned without approval) will be sent back to the sender at the confirmed address on the SOR. This address cannot be changed post-issuance for security reasons. The customer covers return shipping, insurance, and customs duties unless stated otherwise in writing.

 

13.4.9. Shipping and Delivery to you if rejected – will be subject to our Shipping policy – see above Section 7 – Shipping Policy for full details, and subject to our delivery policy, see above Section 8 - Delivery Policy for full details

 

13.4.10. Important Conditions for Complimentary Repairs/Returns exceptions

13.4.10.1. We do not accept unauthorised returns.

13.4.10.2. Any item returned without prior approval or an issued SOR number will be rejected and returned to the sender at their expense.

13.4.10.3. All communication regarding return requests must include your SOR number and full contact information.

13.4.10.4. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all accompanying documentation, tags, and the assigned SOR number.

13.4.10.5. The return address issued in your SOR confirmation is final and cannot be changed after dispatch, for security reasons.

13.4.10.6. Damage due to misuse, impact, exposure to chemicals, or alterations by a third party is not covered under our complimentary repair policy.

13.4.10.7. Items that have been worn and used are not covered by the complimentary repair policy

13.4.10.8. Items that exceed 48 hours post-delivery are not covered by the complimentary repair policy

SECTION 14 - AFTER-SALES SERVICE POLICY: CLEANING, RESIZING, MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS

 

At Ne\’er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish), we take pride in the enduring quality of our bespoke jewellery and timepieces. Our after-sales services reflect our continued commitment to craftsmanship, precision, and long-term customer care.

 

We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every bespoke piece we curate. Our aftersales service is designed to ensure your jewellery remains as beautiful and wearable as the day you received it. Below are the details of our after-sales care policy:

 

1. Lifetime Guarantee – Complimentary Services

 

All jewellery and watches purchased directly from Ne\’er Kikish are eligible for our lifetime aftercare guarantee, which includes:

 

Professional cleaning and polishing

 

Stone setting inspection and tightening

 

Enamel recoats and/or Metal refinishing

 

These services are provided at no cost, subject to the condition of the item and the discretion of our quality control team.

 

Exclusions: Complimentary services do not apply where items have been:

 

Misused or subjected to abnormal wear

 

Damaged through accident or negligence

 

Altered or repaired by third parties

 

Owned/purchased from us and the period since purchase is less than 24 months

 

In such instances, after-sales support may still be available on a chargeable basis (see below).

 

2. Chargeable After-sales Services

 

Our services are exclusively available to customers who have previously purchased items from us, as we only service products that we have sold.

 

This policy applies to items/pieces beyond the scope of the RETURNS Exception (See Section 13 above) and the lifetime guarantee (Section 14 (1)) or where wear and tear occur outside normal use, we offer chargeable after-sales services for items purchased from us, including:

 

Styling  

 

Professional Cleaning (Recommended Frequency 18 – 24months)

 

Resizing

 

General repairs or maintenance (Recommended Frequency 18 – 24months); including Prong Tightening & Stone Checks; Polishing & Refinishing; Rhodium Plating (for white gold pieces)

 

These services must be pre-booked and confirmed via website booking portal. Pricing will be confirmed before service commencement.

 

2.I. Procedure for Booking our After-sales Services

 

i. Initiate an After-sales service by contacting us: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item by emailing us at acquire@neverkikish.com providing your:

Obtain a Complimentary repair returns SOR: If your return request is approved, we will write to you a Service Order Confirmation (SOC) and issue a Service Order Reference (SOR) number and detailed return instructions, including the return address. Do not ship any item to us without written confirmation approving returns and a valid SOR number must be issued prior to sending your item.

 

iii. Book your Service Consultation/using your SOR number: To make your order – firstly we require you to - Book our chargeable 45-minute service consultation – via Charged – Repairs, Resizing and Maintenance and receive your confirmed appointment date, time and meeting invite (charged at £250, non-refundable, credited to your final order, it will be deducted from the final cost of the service order or forfeited as a consultation charge if no order). If this stage is missed – consider that there is no order with Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) and no order will be processed.

 

iv. Consultation: We proceed to an initial consultation to discuss your requirements. This step ensures that your ideas and vision are fully understood and offer guidance. During the video call/consultation:  Your preferences are established discussed, and we offer any necessary guidance and form an ACDB – After-sales care details brief for your order design, which will be sent over including the call transcript.

 

v. ACDB - After-sales details brief: This will be sent to you after the call. It outlines what is most important to you for your request, established during your consultation call, outlining your vision for style, material, size, and other preferences. We reserve the right to ask any questions as and when needed, to inform our service.

 

vi. Initial Deposit/Order Confirmation:  A non-refundable deposit of 70% of the estimated total cost is required to proceed with commissioning production of your order. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an order payment confirmation within 3-5 working days. This order confirmation signifies the acceptance of your order by Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\'er Kikish). Work on the jewellery and/or watch begins when the initial deposit payment is received.

 

vii. Shipping and Insurance for sending items to us for After-sales care:  All shipments sent to us must be securely packaged, fully insured, and sent via a trackable courier. The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, customs duties, and handling fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

viii. Inspection, Assessment, and Processing: Upon receipt, all items undergo a full quality control assessment. We will document the condition and notify you before any agreed-upon work begins. If approved, services will be completed within the timeframe stated in your SOR confirmation. Items failing inspection due to misuse, unauthorized alteration, or ineligibility for repair will have their orders cancelled and returned without service. Alternatively, we can have another 45-minute consultation (charged at £250 ) to discuss any extra work at an extra cost and any extended timeframes required for the work. Call transcripts will be provided for the subsequent consultation along with an ACDB.

 

ix. Turnaround Time: This will be dependent on how much work is required, which will be communicated in your consultation. Any delays will be communicated.

 

x. Ongoing Communication:

 

Ne\'er Kikish Ltd (trading as Never Kikish or Ne\’er Kikish) will keep you updated throughout the repair process by Email, Calls and WhatsApp.

 

xi. Product Ready Notifications

 

You will be notified by email, phone call, or WhatsApp when your order is ready for shipment.

 

xii. Final Payment

 

The remaining 30% balance is to be paid immediately via the agreed payment method upon receiving our notification, this is to ensure timely shipping. On receipt of the product ready notification, you will proceed to make a final payment to enable us to proceed with your shipment, and via the payment method agreed during initial consultation, quoting your invoice number as the payment reference. The invoice number can always be found at the top right corner of the order invoice.

 

xiii. Shipping Confirmation

 

Once the final payment is received, a detailed shipping confirmation will be provided, including tracking information and estimated delivery timelines to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

 

xiv. International Shipments
