This is our free - complimentary maintenance service online session to consult on your bespoke, personalised or custom-made order. The consultation offers our clients the opportunity to adapt jewellery and watches in our curated collections. This personalised process encompasses design refinement, material selection, custom finishes, engraving, and symbolic detailing. This caters to curating Italian gold jewellery and watches also beyond our curated collection, or to commission the design of an entirely new masterpiece. This is a 3 tiered service in o Basic (to order one item) o Bulk (to order more than one set); o Extra (to order a set) - please select the one that suits your needs -
Cancellation Policy
Important: Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled consultation will result in forfeiture of the appointment, and no refund of the booking cost will be issued. Cancellations submitted prior to this 72-hour window are fully refundable.
